Founded by Brooke Galster-Boston, a certified grief coach and Certified Grief Educator (David Kessler certification), Cypress Coaching Services provides compassionate support for individuals navigating life transitions, loss, caregiving, and personal change. Brooke holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University, with specialized coursework in human development, counseling theories, marriage and family therapy, social and cultural foundations, and spirituality.

Brooke spent 13 years balancing the complex care of a family member with dementia while raising a young family, sustaining a marriage, and managing a career—giving her a deep understanding of the resilience required during life’s most challenging seasons. Through thoughtful one-on-one coaching conversations, she helps clients navigate their own pivots with clarity, resilience, and grace.
